Have you ever created a usage report on Moss and didn't understand the data? Did you search for the glossary? Did you find anything that explained "value" or "requests"? Was the wording clear or confusing? What was the data based on? Unique visitors, hits, what? I asked my coworkers and they didn't even use the usage report on our intranet site.
